Christopher Glen Chism, 28, of Tiptonville, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

He was an employee of Trinity Marine in Caruthersville, MO and a 2003 graduate of OCCHS.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, March 14, 2014 at Tiptonville Church of Christ with Minister Jeremy Pierce officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday at the church.

Survivors include his wife, Jessica Chism of Tiptonville; two daughters, Laken Grace Chism and Lainey Kate Chism, both of Tiptonville; a son, Drake Glen Chism of Union City; his parents, Mike and Donna Chism of Hornbeak; a brother, Brandon Chism (Laura) of Alamo; his grandparents, Malcolm and Barbara Chism and Harold and Lillie England, all of Ridgely; a great-grandmother, Ruby Burse of Ridgely; three nephews, Jackson, Copeland and Braydon Chism, all of Alamo.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sharon Edwards.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Chism, Brad Turnbo, Ben Eddlemon, Nick Eddlemon, Brandon Hutcheson and Andrew Wallace. Honorary pallbearers will be Bradley Chism and Cody Chism.
