Christean Anderson Hager, 84, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center.
She was a retired employee of Sylvania, a member of East Dyersburg Methodist Church, active in Methodist Women, worked at Oak Ridge Nuclear Facility during World War II and was an avid cook.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Wolfgang officiating.
The family will receive visitors at 5:30-8 p.m. today at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Joe F. Hager of Dyersburg; two sons, Gary Hager and wife, Audrey, of Memphis and Scotty Hager and wife, Carol, of Dyersburg; two sisters, Juanita Hickman and Ann Reaves, both of Dyersburg; and seven grandchildren, Chad Hager and wife, Carolyn, Logan Hager and wife, Tiffany, Brooke Greene, Rachel Pilkenton, Kirby Johnson and husband, Colin, Colin Hager and Caleb Hager.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rube and Elizabeth Anderson; and a sister, Virginia "Polly" Seaton.
Pallbearers will be Cecil Seaton, Donald Hickman, Johnny Reaves, James Cooper, Charles Maxey and Jackie Keeling.
