Cherry Ann Weaks, age 73, of Tiptonville passed away Tuesday at her residence. She was born on November 12, 1946 to the late Allison & Ruby McGuire

Vaughn. She was a long time member of Lakeview Baptist Church.

Cremation services are under the care of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her daughter, Cindy Kaye Deason and her sister, Sherry Nan Howell both of Tiptonville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce Ann Weaks; a sister, Linda Hicks; two brothers, Robert Vaughn and Bro. Lonnie Vaughn; and two brother-in-laws, Walter Hicks and John Howell.
