Charles D. Goodwin, Sr.'s Obituary
Charles D. Goodwin, Sr., 80, of Dyersburg, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
He was a retired superintendent of the Dye Department at Dyersburg Fabrics and was the owner of Fine Print Screen Printing. Charles was a member of West Dyersburg Church of Christ. Charles was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Chamblee, Bro. John Morris, and Bro. Austin Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The Goodwin Family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Laura Pruitt Goodwin of Dyersburg; two daughters, Mitzi Stover and husband, Tim, of Cleveland, OH and Susan Hormberg and husband, Bo, of Germantown; a son, David Goodwin of Dyersburg; a brother, Bob Goodwin and wife, Joy, of Dyersburg; and four grandchildren, Cody Stover, Caitlyn Stover, Rachel Hormberg, and Drew Hormberg.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David Levo and Elsie Lassiter Goodwin.
