Charles "Bubba" Chadwick, age 76 of Tiptonville, TN passed away Wednesday June 16, 2021 at Baptist Hospital in Memphis.

Charles was born on October 3, 1944 in Ridgely, TN to the late Joe & Mary Alice Lyons Chadwick. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Tiptonville where he served as the men's Sunday School teacher. He was a member of the American Legion and proudly served our country in the U.S. Air Force and National Guard for 30 years. He was a retired educator for Lake County Schools where he taught for 45 years.

Services for Charles Chadwick will be Tuesday June 22, 2021 at 4 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Tiptonville, TN conducted by Rev. Barbara Blackmon and Rev. Chuck Nash. Interment will be in New Haven Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors Tuesday June 22, 2021 from 1:30 - 4 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Tiptonville, TN.

Survivors include his wife, Cassandra Black Chadwick of Tiptonville; one son, Jacob Chadwick of Tiptonville; two daughters, Shelley Chadwick of Tiptonville and Mary Whitney Ayers (David) both of Tiptonville; two brothers, Jerry Chadwick of Tiptonville and Tim Chadwick of St. Louis, MO; one sister, Marsha Mitchell (Mitch) of Rossville, TN; and four grandchildren, Rhiannon Chadwick, Jake Chadwick, Cohen Ayers, and Darby Ayers.

Honoring Charles as pallbearers will be friends and family.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the American Legion and the Men's Sunday School class at Tiptonville First United Methodist Church.
