Mr. Charles Hershel Brewer of Walls, Ms. went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, December 21, 2018.  Charles was born on July 7, 1939.  He was 79 years old.   He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Hornbeak, Tn.  He was retired from the asphalt construction business.

Visitation for Mr. Brewer will be 11-1 pm on Thursday, December 27, 2018 with the funeral services at 1pm at the Calvary Baptist Church in Hornbeak, Tn., conducted by Bro. Carl  Southerland. Burial will be in Desoto Memorial Gardens, Southaven, Ms at 11 AM Friday, December 28, 2018.

Charles is survived by his wife of 41 years, Carol, and 5 children, Theresa Baker Penninger (Russ), of Germantown, Tn., Terri Van Tassell (Van) of Myrtle, Ms., Charles Brewer (Kathy) of Oxford, Ms., Wanda Tuck (Steve) of Southaven, Ms., Michael Brewer of Horn Lake, Ms.;  Two brothers, Edward Smith of Southaven, Ms. and Leo Brewer (Dimple) of Drummonds, Tn., 15  Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Charles was also preceded in death by 2 daughters, Patricia Brewer and Cynthia Brewer Bess, and a granddaughter Misty Brewer.
