Cecilia Ann Morris, 64, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Diversicare of Martin.

She was born on November 23, 1954, in Detroit, MI, to the late, James Leo Morris, Sr. and the late Betty Rose Layton Morris. Cecilia was a factory worker at Dyersburg Fabrics. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. Cecilia's grandsons were her pride and joy.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 19, 2019 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Shannon Saliba officiating.

The family will receive visitors from 10-11 a.m. Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her two daughters, Vanessa Davis and husband, Dave, of South Fulton, TN and Stephanie Rogers and husband, Ricky, of Dyersburg, TN; a son, Roy Smith and wife, Kristin, of McKenzie, TN; three sisters, Debbie Everett and husband, Steve, of Newbern, TN, Karen Schauer of Trenton, TN and Tereasa Gains and husband, Richard, of Moore, OK; three brothers, James "Bo" Morris and wife, June, of Covington, TN, Philip Morris and wife, Tina, of Jasper, TN and Daniel Morris of Dyersburg; five grandsons, Jordan Patterson and wife, Hannah, of Nashville, TN, USAF Staff Sergeant Chris Brewer of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; USMC PFC Dallen Patterson of Newbern, TN, Nic Smith and wife, Angel, of Newbern, TN and Aiden Smith of Union City, TN; a great-granddaughter, Keila Smith of Newbern, TN; and several nieces and a nephew.

In addition to her parents, Cecilia was preceded in death by two brothers, William "Bill" Morris and Robert Morris.
