Cecil Leon Crocker, 93, of Tiptonville, died Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at Reelfoot Manor Nursing Center in Tiptonville.
He was a retired Scalesman for Reelfoot Packing Company, a member of Tiptonville First Baptist Church, and a Mason.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Tiptonville First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Leggett officiating. Burial will be in Tiptonville City Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Survivors include his two daughters, Addie Jane Shaw and husband, Claude, of Winchester, KY., and Brenda Davis and husband, Donald, of Dresden; two sons, Bobby Crocker and wife, Martha, of Samburg, and Jimmy Crocker and wife, Bonnie, of Collierville; two step-sons, Dennis Howerton and wife, Penny, of Dyersburg, and Carl Howerton and wife, Joan, of Mississippi; two sisters, Mildred Kemp of Union City, and Mary Ruth Davis and husband, Frank, of Rives; twelve grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Opal Mayo Crocker, and his parents, Noble Franklin and Addie Brewer Crocker.
Pallbearers will be members of Tiptonville First Baptist Church. Honorary pallbearers will be the Lakeview Breakfast Club, members include: Jerry Don Yates, Bobby Glidewell, Billy Richardson, Tony White, Cooper Tatum, Fred Pollock, J.D. Downing, and Albert Markham.
Memorials may be directed to the church of the donor's choice.
