Catherine Hazen McMahon, 28, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born on January 24, 1989 in Dyersburg, TN, to John C. McMahon, Jr. and Lorna Donaldson. Hazen was a homemaker.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, December 29, 2017 in the Tiptonville Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. John Troutman officiating.

The family will receive visitors from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, December 29, 2017 in the Tiptonville Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her daughter, Hannah Grace Flatt of Tiptonville; a son, Jasper Blayze Flatt of Tiptonville; her mother, Lorna Donaldson of Tiptonville; her father, John C. McMahon, Jr. of Pompano Beach, FL; a sister, Amy Donaldson Hart of Rossville; a brother, Chris Donaldson of Newbern; her grandmother, Barbara McMahon of Pompano Beach, FL; her aunt, Ann Morton of Tiptonville; her two nieces, Annabelle Keeling of Mountain Home, ID and Karley Jo Donaldson of Newbern; a nephew, Noah Harris Donaldson of Newbern; a great-nephew, Carter Keeling of Mountain Home, ID; and her cousin Cody Morton of Tiptonville.

Pallbearers will be Chris Donaldson, Robert Hart, Jonathan Flatt, James Baltezor and Cody Morton.
