Cary Lee Richardson, 46, of Sidney, Ark. formerly of Tiptonville, died Thursday, March 11, 2010 at his residence.

He was a member of Wynnburg Baptist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Dyersburg Funeral Home Tiptonville Chapel with the Rev. John Higgins officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely.

The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Survivors include his mother, Mary Jones Willyerd and husband, Allen, of Sidney, Ark.; his father, William Richardson, Sr. and wife, Heather, of Tiptonville; two sons, Leslie Drew Richardson and Lee Mitchell Richardson, both of Sidney, Ark.; a sister, Carol Ann Simmons, of Tiptonville; two brothers, William M. "Bubba" Richardson, Jr. and Ryan Edward Richardson, both of Tiptonville; his grandmother, Celeste Willyerd, of Brownsville; and two nephews, Dave Eddlemon and William Tyler Simmons.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, W.E. "Cap" Richardson, Dot Richardson, John Green and Maudie Marie Jones.

Pallbearers will be William Richardson, David Eddlemon II, Jerry Kendall Jones, Johnny Whitson, Drew Richardson, Ryan Richardson, David Pierce and Brad Eddlemon. Honorary pallbearers will be Gene Lee, Franklin Simmons, and Bobby Joe Jones.

The family requests that memorial may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
