Carolyn Sue Worrell, 84, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Harborview Health Systems.

She was born on October 5, 1935, in Hickman, KY, to the late, Howard Thomas Rice and the late Elsie Mae Morrow Rice. Carolyn was a homemaker and attended Finley Pentecostal Church.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, October 18, 2019 at Finley United Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Doug Ellingsworth and Mr. Steve Walker. Burial will be in Cool Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The Worrell Family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Finley United Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Theresa Haddock of Finley, TN; a son, Kenny Worrell of Dyersburg, TN; a brother, Bobby Rice and wife, Sheila, of Dresden, TN; three grandchildren, Kerry Worrell and wife, Nichole, Brandi Odle and husband, Johnny, and Katrina Berry and husband, Jordan; and nine great-grandchildren, Kory Worrell, Tyler Worrell, Aaron Worrell, Adia Berry, Sawyer Berry, Margot Berry, Lexie Odle, Kayleigh Odle and Colton Odle.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Billie Worrell.

Pallbearers will be Kerry Worrell, Johnny Odle, Jordan Berry, Colton Odle, Randy Rice and Rusty Rice.

Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
