Carolyn Jean Perry, 74, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away Friday, February 21, 2020 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Carolyn was born on May 17, 1945, in Arp, TN, to the late Raymond and Ethel Burse Summers. She was a retired kitchen assistant at First Citizens National Bank and was a member of Westside Baptist Church.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, February 23, 2020 at New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely, TN with Dr. Michael Deal officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The Perry Family will receive visitors from 1-2:30 p.m. Sunday, February 23, 2020 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, John W. Perry of Dyersburg, TN; two daughters, Susan Tucker (Keith) of Jackson, TN and Holly Beth Yetman (Bill) of Franklin, TN; two sisters, Audrey Garrett and Glenda Cartwright, both of Dyersburg, TN; a brother, Gaylon Summers of Newbern, TN; four grandchildren, Hunter Marbrey, Alyssa Perry, Addyson McNeely and Paisley Yetman; and two great-grandchildren, Carson Marbrey and Brock Marbrey.

In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her son, David Wayne Perry; two sisters, Cherry Buchannan and Brenda Glass; and four brothers, Raymond Summers, Bobby Summers, Donald Summers and Billy Summers.

Pallbearers will be Keith Tucker, Bill Yetman, Hunter Marbrey, James Tucker, Tony Brimm and Thomas McNeely.
