Carolyn Ann Criswell Ketchum, 72, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at her residence.

She was born on December 4, 1946, in Dyersburg, TN, to the late Clintie Buford Criswell and Mattie Eudell Dowell Criswell. She was a member of Christian Sabbath Assembly, where she served as treasurer secretary. Carolyn worked for Forcum-Lannom for over 30 years.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 22, 2018 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Brother Johnny Criswell officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 12-1 p.m. Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Jimmy Ketchum of Dyersburg; a daughter, Candi Ketchum of Dyersburg; a son, David Ketchum (Tammy) of Finley; three grandsons, Dawson Ketchum, Gaige Ketchum and Asher Ketchum all of Finley, TN; three brothers, James Criswell (Barbara) of Jackson, Otha Criswell (Joan) of Ripley and Mark Criswell (Sharon) of Kenton; five sisters, Linda Dunsmore (Kenneth) of Lakeland, FL, Charlene Butler, Ruby Fowler (Danny), Lottie Sue Lewis, all of Dyersburg, and Pam Webb (Doug) of Trimble; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Buford Criswell, Joe Criswell, Lawrence Criswell, and John Criswell; and five half-sisters, Cleo Crawford, Lucille Crawford, Lavern Clopton, Dorothy Brandon and Macie Snow.

Pallbearers will be Dawson Ketchum, Bud Wallace, Tim Ball, Johnny Fulcher, Mark Criswell and Derrioll Davidson. Honorary pallbearers will be James Criswell, Otha (Red) Criswell and Danny Fowler.
