Ms. Carol Ann Dial Todd, of Tiptonville, passed away Monday, November 27, 2023 at her residence.  She was born March 28, 1949 to the late J.W & Virginia Dial.  The Dial family were a fixture in the community, running the Cross-Town Grocery in Tiptonville.  Carol Ann attended Lake Co. High School and worked through the years as a floral and gift designer for HealthMart Pharmacy and as the owner of Carousel Furniture in Tiptonville.  She was a long-time member of Willingham Memorial Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children, Anthony "Bubba" Todd of Tiptonville and Lori Moore of Enville, TN, as well as her grandchildren, Ian Moore of Paducah, KY, Samuel (Shawna) Moore of Mountain View, AR, Julie Moore of Enville, TN, an honorary grandson, Brian Tate, her her five great-grandchildren, her nephew, Mike Davis, and her beloved canine companion, Girlie-Girl.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Guyland Todd, her parents, and her grandson, Michael Moore.

Funeral Services will be held at Willingham Memorial Baptist Church on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. conducted by Rev. Chuck Graham.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and interment will follow in Tiptonville City Cemetery.  Honored as pallbearers will be David & Kendall Salmon, Murphy Dial, Shelby Barker, Jr. Jeff Kilpatrick and Johnny Paschall.
