Carla Jane Davison Baines, 58, of Dyersburg, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2015 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

She was a direct support professional for Comprehensive Support Services of Tennessee and attended First Christian Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Baines officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Monday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Baines of Dyersburg; a daughter, Emily Davison Davis of Dyersburg; a son, Travis Edgar Davison and wife, Nicole, of Germantown; two step-daughters, Ashley Baines of Edgerton, OH and Sydney Baines of Dyersburg; two step-sons, Matthew Baines and Sean Baines, both of Fort Wayne, IN; her mother, Virginia Smith of Dyersburg; four sisters, Olivia Gail Bellmyer and husband, John, of Wewoka, OK, Danita Cook and husband, Larry, of Dyersburg, Judy Moore and husband, Robert, of Murfreesboro and Sandy Williamson and husband, David, of Joplin, MO; a brother, Larry "Bubba" Smith and wife, Susie, of Alamo; and five grandchildren, Olivia Davis, Charlotte Davison, Ann Elizabeth Davis, Cassidy Baines and Carter Baines.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Smith; and a step-son, Erik Baines.

Pallbearers will be Charles Baines, Larry Smith, Robert Moore, Jim Gray, Randy Cook and Doug Nicholson.
