Calvin Wayne Seat, 69, of Dyersburg, TN passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018 at his residence.

He was born on November 11, 1948, in Dyersburg, TN, to the late, Calvin T. "Cowboy" Seat and the late Lorene Johns Seat. Calvin worked for 42 years as a material handler in the Coil Department at Ermco. He also served his country in the United States Army.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, October 8, 2018 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Loren Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The Seat Family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2018 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his two sons, Eric Seat and Jason Seat, both of Dyersburg, TN; and two brothers, David Seat and wife, Shelia, of Dyersburg, TN and Andy Seat and wife, Diane, of Gates, TN.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Lou Kemmerling and Shirley Ann Stover; and two brothers, Eddie Seat and Troy Lee Seat.

Pallbearers will be Marty Sharpe, John Bryan, Ronnie Mitchell, Stephen Tiszia, Hunter Akers, Brian Hatch and Jacob Daniels.
