Bruce Dillard Wyatt, Jr.'s Obituary
Bruce Dillard Wyatt, Jr., 59, of Ridgely, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Tennova Healthcare Jackson Regional.
He was a landowner, retired farmer and a former employee of Northwest Correctional Center. Bruce was a member of Ridgely First United Methodist Church and was a Mason and Shriner. He also was an avid hunter, fisherman, and motorcyclist. Bruce served as the former Mayor of Ridgely.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Gary Patton, Mr. Tony Bargery and Mr. Josh Barnes officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his two sisters, Sarah Wyatt Patton and husband, Gary, of Nashville and Pat Wyatt of Arlington, MA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce Dillard Wyatt, Sr. and Patty House Wyatt.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Warren, Mike Hamra, Rodney Marvin, David Rhodes, Mike Humphrey, and Fred Wortman, Jr.
