Bruce Overton's Obituary
Bruce Overton, 87, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
He was a retired architect for Forcum Lannom, member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church, graduate of the Cincinnati School of Architecture, member of the Gideons, member of the YMCA and a WWII Veteran of the U.S. Army Air Force.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Blakeburn and the Rev. Terry Lynch officiating. Burial will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Nashville.
The family will receive visitors from 2-3 p.m. Sunday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his sister, Elizabeth Cravens of Tuscaloosa, AL; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. John and Alice Shelton Overton.
