Brenda F. Hollingsworth, 68, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2019 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

She was born on November 24, 1950, in Lenox, TN, to the late, Geed and Fern Anderson Armstrong. Brenda was a retired employee for World Color Press and she also attended Three Oaks Baptist Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 3, 2019 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Phipps and the rev. Billy Criswell officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The Hollingsworth Family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Hollingsworth of Dyersburg, TN; a daughter, Amy Wesley of Newbern, TN; two sons, Scott Hollingsworth (Erin) and Chad Hollingsworth (Amanda), all of Dyersburg, TN; a sister, Peggy Ashley of Dyersburg, TN; two brothers, Pete Armstrong of Tiptonville, TN and Bill "Red" Armstrong of Dyersburg, TN; seven grandchildren, Josh Chadwick, Erica Turnbo, Caleb Hollingsworth, Aly Hollingsworth, Madison Hollingsworth, Ansley Hollingsworth and Austin Wesley; nine great-grandchildren; a niece, Diane Ward and her friend, Regina Gregory, whom were her special needs caregivers.

In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by a brother, Rodney Armstrong; and a grandson, Dustin Wesley.

Pallbearers will be Paul Moore, Mark Henshaw, Steve Garner, Charlie Tosh, Jack Gregory and Caleb Hollingsworth.
