Mr. Bobby Joe Robinson age 78, of Bogota, Tennessee passed away Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tn. He is retired from the mold department of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. He was a veteran of the US Army. He was a member of Miston Baptist Church.

Funeral Services will be 1:30 pm Saturday, July 30, 2011 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Carmon Dennison. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Friday at the funeral home. Dyersburg Funeral Home has charge of arrangements

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Bobbie A. Robinson of Bogota, his daughter Anita Fowlkes and husband Bill, Dyersburg, Tn.and his son Ronnie Robinson and wife Vickie of Troy, Tn. Six Granchildren and 1 great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents John Robinson and Ethel Criswell Robinson, his sisters Velma Moore Coleman and Gwen Finley and his brother Ralph Robinson.
