Bobby Earl Nunnery, 71, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at his residence.

Bobby was born on October 20, 1952, in Kennett, MO, to the late Roy Harrison and Ruby Jordan Nunnery. He was an independent truck driver and had also worked on the Missouri Basin Oil Well Services. Bobby was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt. He loved to travel and ride his motorcycle. Bobby loved his family and spending time with them. He was a Morman by faith. Bobby proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Nunnery of Dyersburg, TN; a son, David Nunnery of Ft. Payne, AL; two daughters, Patricia Kay Nunnery of Ft. Payne, AL and Bobbie Jean Meador of Wayne, MI; a sister, Donna Harvey of Ft. Payne, AL; two nephews and one niece who cared for him, Charles Harrison Nunnery, Roy Harrison Nunnery and Carolyn (Tom) Porter; and three grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia McMullen; and five brothers, James Nunnery, Leonard Nunnery, Terry Nunnery, Paul Nunnery and Jimmy Nunnery.
