Blake Allen Haynes, 19, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital.

Blake was born on January 3, 2001, in Jackson, TN to Timothy Haynes and Crystal Ann Milligan. He worked for the City of Dyersburg in the Sanitation Department and was a Dyersburg High School Graduate with the Class of 2019. Blake was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved wrestling, mowing yards and riding 4 wheelers.

Services will be at 12 p.m. Tuesday, September 22, 2020 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Butler of Oak Grove Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive visitors from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his mother, Crystal Milligan of Dyersburg, TN; his father, Timothy Haynes of Dyersburg, TN; a brother, Timothy Andrew Haynes of Dyersburg, TN; a sister, Makenzie Michelle Haynes of Dyersburg, TN; his grandparents, Joan and Randy French and Johnny and Margaret Milligan, all of Dyersburg, TN and Stanley Eaton of Obion, TN; and his great-grandmother, Faye Milligan of Dyersburg, TN.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Mark Haynes; his great-grandparents, Fred and Dorothy Hanks and Pete and Madie Climer; and two cousins, Joshua Alexander Hanks and Drew Christopher Climer.

Pallbearers will be Tim Pevahouse, Addison Walker, Steven Daniels, Hunter Lyles, Will Climer, Shannon Lee and Andrew Haynes.
