Billy Wayne Noel, Jr., 44, of Memphis, TN, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at his mother's residence in Dyersburg, TN.

Billy was born on July 10, 1975, in Dyersburg, TN, to Wanda Thompson Wray and the late Billy Wayne Noel, Sr. He was a software contractor for FedEx and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2019 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Pastor Zach Bennard officiating. Burial will be in Archers Chapel Cemetery in Halls, TN.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Sujata Rajput of Boston, MA; two daughters, Ashley Noel of Ft. Collins, CO and Ava Noel of Boston, MA; his mother and step-father, Wanda and Jim Wray of Dyersburg, TN; a brother, Brian Ashley of Nashville, TN; his grandmother, Mary Rickman of Dyersburg, TN; a nephew, Aidan Wray of Dyersburg, TN; a niece, Sydni Schaffer (Jack) of Brighton, TN; a great-nephew, Rowan Schaffer; and two aunts, Janie Moody and Deborah Henson, both of Dyersburg, TN.

Pallbearers will be Robbie Chandler, Harry Fisher, James Ditto, Naseem Shaikh, Terrance Lyons and Kellon Johnson.
