Billy Wayne Lee, 66, of Chic, TN, passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital.

He was born on January 1, 1953, in Chic, TN, to the late Robert Harold Lee and the late Ruby Box Lee. Billy was a retired farmer with Smith Farms.

Memorial services will be at 12 p.m. Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Independent Free Holiness Church with the Rev. Calvin Smith officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2019 at Independent Free Holiness Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Amy Permenter of Halls, TN; two sons, Donnie Wayne Lee of Halls, TN and James Richard Winter of Gates, TN; a brother, James Harold Lee of Finley, TN; fourteen great-grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
