Billy Amos Hardin, 91, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at his residence.

Billy was born on October 9, 1930, in Olive Hill, TN, to the late Amos Douglas Hardin and Sarah Lucille Hargrove Hardin. He was retired as Director of Manufacturing with All Wear Manufacturing. Billy proudly served his country in the United States Navy.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 26, 2022 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Pastor Alfred W. King officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The Hardin Family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his two daughters, Brenda Muncrief of Dyersburg, TN and Susie Hardin of Franklin, TN; a grandson, Kevin Hardin Muncrief (Theresa); a great-grandson, Owen Hardin Muncrief; and a sister-in-law, Betty Skelton Hawkins (Harvey) of Brooklyn, MI. Billy was honored to have a great-great-nephew named after him, Amos Ryan Pepper, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews who were very dear to him.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Loudean Skelton Hardin; and a sister, Jackie Sue Hardin Newton.

Honoring Mr. Billy as pallbearers will be the Staff of Dyersburg Funeral Home.
