Billy Ray Freeman, 55, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at his residence.

He was born on January 10, 1968, in Tiptonville, TN, to the late, James Homer Freeman and the late Nanny May Campbell Freeman. Billy worked for Cash Saver for many years. Going to work was one of his greatest passions. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and attended First Presbyterian Church.

Visitation will be from 5-6 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at First Presbyterian Church.

Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Gage Jordan officiating.

Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Freeman of Dyersburg, TN; his son, Christopher Sanders of Dyersburg, TN; and a sister, Jenny Britton of Kodak, TN.
