Billy Robert Blair, 69, of Bogota, TN, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2020 at his residence.

Billy was born on December 24, 1950, in Hornbeak, TN, to the late George Robert Blair and Nora Lee Cain Blair. He was a retired supervisor for Colonial Rubber.

Due to the current restrictions on large gatherings, the family will have a private graveside service held at a later date. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Blair of Bogota, TN; a son-in-law, Justin Hicks of Dyersburg, TN; three brothers, James Watkins (Linda) of Tiptonville, TN, Jerry Blair (Earlene) of Wynnburg, TN and Mike Blair (Sandy) of Humboldt, TN; and four sisters, Delores Pollock (Sydney) of Obion, TN, Jeanette Synder (Ronald) of Ridgely, TN, Virginia Clark (Roger) of Miston, TN and Patricia McCalester (Mike Henson) of Troy, TN.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his son, Kevin Lynn Blair; a daughter, Kelly Jo Blair Hicks; and a sister, Annette Daniels.
