Betty Sue York's Obituary
Betty Sue York, 66, of Springville, died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008 at her residence.
She was retired as a supervisor for Sears and she was a Baptist.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Dennison officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Ridgely chapel.
Survivors include her husband, Cletus York of Springville; a daughter, Karen Schnepper of Buchanan; two sons, Cletus York Jr. of Nashville and Robert York and wife, Kelly, of Chicago; a sister, Maxine Oaks of Dennis, Miss.; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, D.H. and Cora Stockston; and an infant son.
Pallbearers will be Robert York, Jerry Lynn Braddy, Jimmy Michael Braddy, David Schnepper, Doug Work and James York.
