Betty Cole Maenhoudt, 84, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Friday, April 2, 2021 at Methodist Germantown Hospital.

Born March 26,1937 in Dyersburg, TN to Marjorie Cole. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, homemaker and served as military wife for twenty years. She was also lifelong member of RoEllen Presbyterian Church USA. Betty was a member of the Dyersburg High School Class of 1955 Lunch Bunch and was a very active high school band booster for 10 years. She was proceeded in death by her husband Marvin Maenhoudt, her brother Carey Cole and her mother Marjorie "Dolly" Cole.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 11, 2021 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Ray Chandler officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

She is survived by her sister Pat Tucker (Henry) of Aberdeen, MS, her children Michelle Freeman of Apple Valley, MN, Marlene (Mark) Strube of Germantown, TN, Paul  (Patty) Maenhoudt of Franklin, GA and Doug (Agata) Maenhoudt of Anderson , SC; her seven grandchildren Greg Freeman, Adam Freeman, Matt Strube, Nancy Strube, Derek Maenhoudt, Ryan Maenhoudt and Sarah Maenhoudt.  She also survived by two great grandchildren Dillon Freeman and Charlotte Strube.

Pallbearers will be Greg Freeman, Adam Freeman, Matt Strube, Derek Maenhoudt, Ryan Maenhoudt and Dillon Freeman. Honorary pallbearers will be Nancy Strube and Sarah Maenhoudt.
