Mrs. Betty Inman Delashmit, age 86, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Henderson County Community Hospital in Lexington, Tn. She was born on June 29, 1935 to the late James Grady and Eva Nora Jackson Inman.

Betty was a retired manager of Big Lots and a member of Southside Baptist Church.

The family of Mrs. Betty Delashmit will receive visitors from 5:30 - 8:00 pm Friday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.   Funeral Services will be 11 am Saturday in the Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home conducted by Bro. Loren Stephens.  Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Survivors include her daughter Valerie Vestal (Tim), of Dyersburg, her grandchildren Cheyenne Vestal Fowler, Savannah Lennox, John Whitman, Jr., and Gregory Whitman.  She had fourteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded to death by her two sons Charles Whitman, Jr. and John Whitman and her sister Frances Flatt.

Pallbearers will be Barry Fowler, Brodie Fowler, Kjavik Fowler and River Fowler.
