Betty Kate Cox's Obituary
Betty Kate Cox, 74, of Dyersburg, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at her residence.
She was a retired laundry worker for Wesley Homes of Dyersburg and attended Evansville Baptist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Griffin officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Friday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, William C. Cox of Dyersburg; four daughters, Lisa Brimm of Newbern, Tina White and husband, Jackie, of Dyersburg, Tammy Lozier and husband, Rodney, of Newbern and Jennifer Jerding of Halls; a son, Eddie Brimm and wife, Rose, of Dyersburg; ten grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and LouEllen Mathes Weeks; a grandson, Joey Brimm; four sisters, Clara Dell Campbell, Lucille Carroll, Lillian Ham and Dorothy Bates; and two brothers, Grady Weeks and Lewis Weeks.
Pallbearers will be Marcus Cagle, Johnny Markham, Devon Markham, Trevor White, Adam Pride and Will Kail.
