Betty Kee Ball, age 82, of Dyersburg, TN passed away Monday, March 21, 2022 at her residence.

Born on June 22, 1939 in Etowah, AR to the late Howard and Dora Davidson Kee; she was a homemaker. Betty was one of the best crappie cooks around and enjoyed reading, cooking, gardening and being a good mother and grandmother to all her family. She was the care giver for family, extended family and everyone she considered family. She was a longtime member of Springhill Baptist Church.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 10 until 1 at Dyersburg Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home conducted by Bro. James Branscum. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.

Survivors include her son, Scott Ball (Tonya) of Neboville, TN; two daughters, Gina Ball Poore (Gary) of Woodstock, GA and Patti Ball Chou (K.B.) of Tampa, FL; six grandchildren, Madeleine Kee Poore, Luke Poore, Anna Chou, Maximus Chou, Savannah Ball (Hunter Duncan) and Jack Ball; and one great grandson on the way.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Ball and two brothers, Harold Kee and Richard Kee.

Honoring Betty as pallbearers will be Danny Ennis, David Kee, Matt Kee, K.B. Chou, Gary Poore, and Chris Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be Dustin Ennis, Dale Woods, Dan Roberts, Walter Longmire, and Johnny McClure.
