Bertha Geneva Odom, 89, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital in Bartlett, TN.

Bertha was born on September 24, 1931, in Dyersburg, TN, to the late, Pete and Leola Neal Hollis. She was a homemaker and a member of Our Little Country Church.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 28, 2020 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Royce McGuire officiating. Burial will be in Meacham Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her daughter, Paulette Morrow of Newbern, TN; seven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Bertha was preceded in death by her husbands, Elmer Odom and Tom Roper; a daughter, Edna Childress; a son, Ray Odom; a sister, Susie Harris; six brothers, Elmer Hollis, John Hollis, Rayburn Hollis, Herman Hollis, Clifford Hollis and J.T. Hollis; and a granddaughter, Kim Monteith.

Pallbearers will be Bart Peevyhouse, Lane Odom, Kyle Childress, Steven Hollis, Lain Wilson and Dylan Odom.
