Barbara Ann Sinclair, age 59, of Finley, TN, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at her residence.

Born on February 22, 1966, in Dyersburg, TN, she was the beloved daughter of Marvin Phillips and the late Mary Ann Floyd Phillips. Barbara was a dedicated hairdresser who found joy in fishing, camping, and eating. She cherished her dog, Sweetpea, and loved riding four wheelers and side by sides. Her vibrant spirit and love for life will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2025 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Don Smith officiating. The family will receive visitors beginning at 5 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Survivors include her husband, George Sinclair of Finley, TN; a son, Justin Hicks (Nikki) of Dyersburg, TN; her father, Marvin Phillips of Finley, TN; three grandchildren, Ethan Wray, Ty Wray and Emma Wray, all of Dyersburg, TN; a niece, Ashlyn Phillips (Destiny) of Munford, TN; and a great-nephew, Levi.

In addition to her mother, Barbara was preceded in death by her brother, Marvin W. Phillips; and a stepson, Randy Sinclair.
