Barbara Ann Dotson, 65, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2020 at Signature Healthcare of Ridgely.

Barbara was born on July 3, 1954, in Ridgely, TN, to the late J.L. "Cotton" and Velera Cavness Dotson. She was an account officer for Wal-Mart and was a member of Crockett Chapel United Methodist Church. Barbara loved her dog Bella.

A celebration of life service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 1, 2020 at First United Methodist Church in Ridgely with the Rev. Marita Burkeen and the Rev. Barbara Blackmon-Fortune officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the services.

Survivors include her daughter, Victoria Watkins (Clifford) of Ridgely, TN; two sons, Michael Lynn Reeves (Alicia) of Ridgely, TN and Mark Anthony O'Neal (Angie) of Kenton, TN; a sister, Vickie Bock of Ridgely, TN; seven grandchildren, Joshua Mills, Matthew Dunn, Hannah Watkins, Amber Manns, Nicholas Reeves, Madison O'Neal and Abigail O'Neal; and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her sister, Wanda Dotson; and two brothers, Mike Dotson and Ronnie Dotson.
