Alakai King Lamont Love, precious baby boy of Martavis and Sabrina Love, went to be with our lord on Sunday, April 30, 2023. Alakai laughed and smiled throughout his 4 months here on earth; bringing joy and happiness to everyone he touched. He will be remembered for all the kicks he gave his daddy and the enjoyment he got when he spit up on momma and daddy. Alakai was always smiling and dearly loved his other sisters and brother.

The family will receive visitors from 4 until 6 on Saturday, May 13, 2023. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home. Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

In addition to his parents, survivors include his brother, Elijah Love; his sisters, Aubrey Hill, Ebony Love and Alisuun Love; grandparents, Yaukee Bornds of Dyersburg, TN and Heather Gibbons (Reggie) of North Carolina and numerous extended family members and friends. Alakai was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jimmy Barfield Sr..
