Annette Mary Gough, 75, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Dyersburg Healthcare.
She was born on November 8, 1942, in Chicago, IL, to the late Leo Pryzbyl and the late Emme Bloomquist Pryzbyl. Annette was a homemaker and a Catholic.
Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her three daughters, Bobette Hart, Eva Farrell and Farrah Rosales, all of Dyersburg; two sons, Charles Morgan of Dyersburg and Daryl Gough of Phoenix, AZ; two sisters; ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; and a grandchild.
