Annalee Austin, 37, of Newbern, died Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis.
She was a part-time data entry clerk for the City of Dyersburg, member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, secretary of Primary Children's Organization and a member of Women's Relief Society.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with President John Liljenquist officiating. Burial will be in Smithfield City Cemetery in Smithfield, Utah.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her parents, Bill and Jane Bischoff Austin of Newbern; three sisters, Louisa Jane McGroarty and husband, David, of Salt Lake City, UT, Kimberlee Burch and husband, Jacob, of Conroe, TX and Janalyn Potts and husband, Robert, of Rexburg, ID; a brother, William Glenn Austin, III and wife, Heather, of Orem, UT; her grandmother, Marian W. Bischoff of Orem, UT; a niece, Katherine Jane Burch of Conroe, TX; a nephew, William Glenn Austin, IV of Orem, UT; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Dean E. Bischoff; her paternal grandparents, William Glenn and Ruth Louise Austin; and a sister, Rachel Austin.
