Anna Sue Harmon Cook, 81, of Big Sandy, died Friday, September 14, 2012 at her residence.
She was a retired nurse's assistant for Dyersburg Methodist Hospital, member of New Beginnings Church of God and a former member of Southside Assembly of God Church in Dyersburg.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff McKee officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors from 1-3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband, Dallas O. Cook of Big Sandy; four daughters, Linda Sue Lentz of Dyersburg and Sandra Hawkins Doss, Donna McClure and Loretta C. Garner, all of Big Sandy; a foster son, Ricky Laws of Dyersburg; two sisters, Earlene Baker of Adamsville and Dorothy Jackson of Raleigh, NC; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, James Dee Crafton; and her parents, Roy and Clatie Stokes Bryson.
Pallbearers will be Donavon Hawkins, Jr., Robert E. Lentz, Jr., Joseph Hawkins, Mark A. Lentz, Ben York and Thad York.
