Ann Holland Reed, age 78, of Dyersburg passed away Sunday, September 6, 2020, at Oakwood Community Living Center in Dyersburg.

Ann was born on May 15, 1942 in Dyersburg, TN to the late Joseph Guy and Thelma Little Holland. She was an avid bridge and tennis player. When she wasn't fishing or reading a book, she loved to support her favorite baseball team, the St. Louis Cardinals. She was a member of McCullough's Chapel Baptist Church. She was also very involved in the Dyer County Fair where she served as a board member and director for over 40 years.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2020 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Phipps and Rev. Bryan Kobilka officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg.

The Reed family will receive visitors from 11-2 Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her daughter, LaDonna Reed Spry (Nick) of Dyersburg, TN; a brother, Joe Don Holland (Mary) of Tunnel Hill, GA; a sister, Sherry Burton (Brad) of Beech Bluff, TN; three grandchildren, Kyle Brock of Finley, TN, Nate Brock of Dyersburg, TN, and Matthew Spry (Lauren) of Chestnut Bluff, TN; and one great-grandchild, Larsen Spry.

In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Reed.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Brock, Nate Brock, Nick Spry, Matthew Spry, Bill Brock, and Brad Burton.

The family of Ann Reed would like to thank her caregivers while she was at home, Amy Cottrell and Sherry Davis. They also want to thank the staff of Oakwood Living Center for the care they gave Ms. Ann while she was there.

Memorials may be directed to McCullough's Chapel Baptist Church or The National Kidney Foundation.
