Anita Pugh Morris' Obituary
Anita Pugh Morris, 82, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2017 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
She was born on June 27, 1935, in Newbern, TN, of the late Sam Pack and the late Evie Newsom Pack. Anita was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, December 11, 2017 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Obion, TN, with the Rev. Marita Burkeen officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her son, Robert Pugh and wife, Brenda, of Tiptonville, TN; a sister, Juanita Kee of Newbern, TN; two grandchildren, Charles Pugh of Sugar Tree, TN and James Pugh of Tiptonville, TN; and six great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Morris, Jr.; and two sisters, May Belle Halford and Dorothy Pack.
Grandsons and great-grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
