Angeline Marie Yarbro, 87, of Tiptonville, died Saturday, June 4, 2011 in Homestead, Florida.

She was a fund raiser for Charitable Non-Profit Industry, in 1959 she received a citation from Gov. Buford Ellington for Top Mother in the State of Tennessee, during the 1980's, she was a member of the Tennessee Federated Woman's Club, she was a National Officer of General Federated Woman's Club, serving as President, a Distinguished Citizen by Girls Scout, founder of Lake County Chapter of Easter Seals, Professional Fund Raiser and program developer as Regional Director for Handicapped Children and Adults-Easter Seals, member of First United Methodist Church in Tiptonville, where she was in charge of Candle Burning Ceremony and World Day of Prayer-as well as many other responsibilities and organized Blood Mobiles for West Tennessee until she was 80 years old.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Tucker Street Church with Douglas Bryant Haynes officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 9:30-11 a.m. Friday at the church.

Survivors include her daughter, Linda Joyce Yarbro Hane and husband, Ken, of Homestead, FL.; two grandchildren, Tami Hane Manes and husband, Scott, of Memphis and Michael "Andy" Hane and wife, Monica, of Tavernier, FL.; and seven great-grandchildren, J.T. Manes, Olivia Manes, Sebastian Manes, Carmen Manes, Nicole Manes, Andrew Hane and Noah Hane.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas "J.T." Yarbro, Jr.; a son, Carl Thomas Yarbro; her parents, Carl and Irene Pritchett Haynes; and three brothers, Douglas Haynes, Aldon Haynes and Vernon Haynes.
