Allen Gene Still's Obituary
Allen Gene Still, 81, of Wynnburg, died Thursday, December 29, 2011 at his residence.
He was retired from the maintenance department with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and a member of Wynnburg Baptist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Tiptonville Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Byassee officiating. Burial will be in Crocketts Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Corinne Still of Wynnburg; three daughters, Betty Whitson and Rose Hill, both of Tiptonville and Patsy Jo Dial of Union City; two sisters, Laura Sue Watts of Tiptonville and Barbara York of Union City; a brother, Jimmy Wayne Morgan of Tiptonville; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Minnie Still Morgan; a sister, Dorothy Sue Davis; and a brother, Corky Morgan.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Watts, Brian Garner, Corey Morgan, Michael Morgan, Brandon Dial and Christopher Douglas. Honorary pallbearers will be Ray Moore, Joe Gant, Gene Pope, Doug Gant and George Hall.
