Allen Milligan, 68, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at his residence.

Allen was born on May 22, 1953, in Dyersburg, TN, to Mattie Fay Rushing Milligan and the late, Charles Edward Milligan. He worked in sales at Riggs Supply and enjoyed fishing and woodworking. Allen loved to go to yard sales and he would buy and sell anything he could.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, June 25, 2021 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Mac Daniels officiating. The family will receive visitors from 10:30 am until service time at the funeral home.

Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Milligan of Dyersburg, TN; a daughter, Tracy Burns of Dyersburg, TN; his mother, Mattie Fay Milligan of Dyersburg, TN; two brothers, Johnny Milligan of Dyersburg, TN and Brian Milligan (Danielle) of Indiana; a sister, Janice Dronet (Steve) of Finley, TN; an honorary sister, Glenda Clinton; a grandson, C.J. Russell (Emily) of Dyersburg, TN; and two great-grandchildren, Brayden Russell and Nolan Russell, both of Dyersburg, TN.

In addition to his father, Allen was preceded in death by his two brothers, James Milligan and Stephen Milligan; a sister, Margaret Warren; and his grandparents, Ida Leoda Bates Rushing, William Homer Rushing, Loreen Goff and John Goff.
