Allen Blackwell, age 58, of Ridgely, TN, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Born on July 2, 1966, in Chicago, IL, he was the beloved son of Marvin and Pat Kruse Blackwell. Allen was a skilled carpenter who cherished his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with friends.

Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his mother, Pat Cagle of Ridgely, TN; his father and step-mother, Marvin and Darlene Blackwell of LaSalle, IL; his companion of 16 years, Anita Reynolds of Ridgely, TN; a son, Stephen Allen of Arizona; a step-daughter, Jessica Reynolds of Ridgely, TN; three brothers, Timmy Blackwell of Murfreesboro, TN, Jimmy Blackwell and Dennis Cagle, both of Ridgely, TN; two sisters, Sandy Blackwell of Halls, TN and Jeannette Diaz of Dyersburg, TN; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Allen was preceded in death by a brother, Clyde Jr. Cagle.
