Alicia Austin, 60, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021 at her residence.

Alicia was born on September 8, 1960, in Dyersburg, TN, to the late, Joel Follis Richardson and the late Montene Alicia Payne Richardson. She was a cook for the Dyer County Union Mission and a former cafeteria cook with Fifth Consolidated School. Alicia loved to thrift shop at Goodwill and the Hidden Treasure and loved flowers and gardening. She was a member of Harvest Baptist Church.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include her son, Hayden Michael Austin of Dyersburg, TN; two sisters, Pam Ozment and husband, Bill, and Johnnie McFarland and husband, Pat, all of Dyersburg, TN; and a brother, Joel Robinson and wife, Martha, of Tupelo, MS.
