Mrs. Adell C. Ethridge, of Ridgely, TN, passed away Monday, Nov. 9, 2020 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.  She was born March 14, 1941 to Willie Clarence & Hattie Hooper Connell.  She owned and operated the Blue Basin Lodge on Reelfoot Lake, was known to be a great cook by many and was a Baptist by faith.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Ethridge and survived by a son, Dan Ethridge and wife, Lisa, of House Springs, MO, a daughter, Theresa Ethridge of Ridgely, TN and a brother, Odell Lee Connell of Ponchatoula, LA.  She was a very proud MawMaw to her two grandchildren, Nicholas Ethridge of Jackson, TN and Danielle Wolfmeier of Hillsboro MO as well as her seven great-grandchildren, Mark Ethridge of Troy, TN. Morgan Ethridge of E. Troy, WI, Garrett Petty of Troy, TN, Madison Byrd of Tiptonville, TN, Lizzy Ethridge of Colonial Heights, VA, Wesley Wolfmeier of Hillsboro, MO and Brenden Thomason of Troy, TN.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Clarence & Hattie Hooper Connell and her sisters, Bernice Connell, Polly Reagor and her twin sister, Maybell Hensley.

Graveside funeral services will be held at Antioch Cemetery in Hornbeak, TN on Friday, Nov. 13, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. conducted by Bro. Tim Evans, Nicholas Ethridge and Danielle Wolfmeier.  No Public visitation will be held at this time.
